Qualifications
MANDATORY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: For this particular job, applicants must meet all competencies reflected under the Mandatory Qualification Criteria to include education (if required). Online resumes must demonstrate qualification by providing specific examples and associated results, in response to the announcement's mandatory criteria specified in this vacancy announcement: 1. Experience applying quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis and/or techniques in order to analyze issues, identify problems, and formulate solutions.2. Experience using psychometric tools and methods such as surveys and/or focus groups to gather data.3. Demonstrated experience communicating technical information e.g. research methods and data in writing.EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology. Master's or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited college or university in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Educational Psychology, Applied Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Social Psychology, or a related field is preferred.DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: In addition to the mandatory qualifications, experience in the following is desired: 1. Experience using/developing statistical interpretations and analytic tools.2. Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Psychology.3. Experience developing job analyses, competency frameworks, work roles, and/or positions descriptions.
