About the Position: This position is located at the CASCOM, 58th Transportation Battalion at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo. Ft.Leonard Wood is located in the South-Central Mo. Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, Mo. Bordering the installation are the towns of Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2 hour drive to the East along I-44 and Springfield is a more than an hour's drive to the West of Ft. Leonard Wood.

Duties

Perform a wide variety of supply clerical duties within an automated supply system such as receiving, reviewing, and interpreting a variety of supply regulations, bulletins, and manuals. Purchase supplies for the organization through small purchase procedures using a government credit card. Operate motor vehicles (sedans, pickup trucks or vans) weighing up to 1 ton to pickup, deliver and turn in supplies and equipment. Prepare a variety of recurring reports, such as copier report, supplies/equipment on order, fund expenditure, etc. Develop internal procedures for requesting, requisitioning, purchasing and receiving supplies (e.g., office supplies, office furniture, parts for computers, printers, ribbons, forms, etc.).

• An appropriate, valid state driver's license is required and must be maintained for this position.
• Incumbent is subject to a medical clearance examination prior to employment.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
