You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the FORCE/STAFF TRAVEL, COMPTROLLER DIVISION of COMNAVAIRLANT.
Duties
You will be responsible for all active-duty military and civilian travel authorization/voucher approvals, maintenance of the Defense Travel system (DTS), and system development, implementations and maintenance.
You will review and audit travel vouchers and authorizations for accuracy and proper split disbursement of reimbursables in DTS.
You will utilize extensive knowledge of the Joint Travel Regulations and Navy Business Rules.
You will provide document support, and profile assistance for travelers within the command with DTS.
You will provide Government Travel Card support as an Agency Program Coordinator.
You will monitor GTCC Delinquency reports for accuracy monthly.
You will run mandatory monthly reports in CITI Manager to maintain accuracy within the program.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience approving all active-duty military and civilian travel authorizations and vouchers.
Experience maintaining the Defense Travel system (DTS) including system development, implementation and maintenance.
Experience reviewing and auditing travel vouchers and authorizations for accuracy and proper split disbursement of reimbursables to DTS.
Experience implementing Joint Travel Regulations and Navy Business Rules.
Experience providing document support and profile assistance for travelers within the command Defense Travel System.
Experience performing as an Agency Program Coordinator regarding Government Travel Card support.
Experience monitoring GTCC Delinquency monthly reports and monthly reports in CITI Manager to maintain accuracy within the program.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
