Duties
You will conduct program audits and transaction reviews of cardholder files using Bank monthly reports.
You will monitor for improper use of funds, coordinate corrective actions and verify performance of corrective actions
You will monitor for interest accessed and coordinate resolution of delinquent accounts
You will serve as alternate Disputes Officer in coordinating and monitoring disputed purchases, credits or billing errors and other financial
problems
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting program audits and transaction reviews of cardholder files; Collecting and analyzing audit results implementing corrective action; analyzing and compiling data to present reports of summarized statistics and trends; monitoring the use of purchase card practices following standard regulations and procedures; monitoring the provision and termination of purchase card authorization; AND providing training to purchase card holders.
GS-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Monitoring the use of purchase card practices following standard regulations and procedures for purchases of supplies and equipment; reviewing and interpreting purchase card regulations and reviewing purchase card documentation; validating information and data within the documents; verifying and validating purchase cards proper use.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience listed in the Qualifications section, applicants may qualify based on an equivalent combination of education and experience as follows:
GS-09:
Master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.B. or J.D., if related
or
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience must equal one hundred percent.
GS-07:
Successfully completed one full year of graduate level education
or
Successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement.
or
A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
