You will serve as a GOVERNMENT PURCHASE CARD PROGRAM COORDINATOR in the LOGISTICS DIVISION of MARINE CORPS AIR GROUND COMBAT CTR.
Duties
You will act as the level IV/V installation program coordinator, overseeing and administering the GCPC program for 250 card holders and 100 approving officials
You will conduct cost analysis to develop budgets and return-on- investment for the decision making process for command management
You will be responsible for managing credit card expenditure over $3 M per year.
You will establish and implement GCPC management controls.
You will establish local installation policy and ensuring local practices aligned with DoD, DoN and USMC policies.
You Will ensure training of cardholders and approving officials is completed.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the Gs-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the government purchase card program data systems; 2.) Interpreting the government purchase card program policy and procedures to provide guidance to internal/external customers; AND 3.) Identifying unfavorable trends and/or discrepancies to develop corrective and preventive measures to meet the government purchase card program guidelines.
