You will serve as a HR ASSISTANT (MIL) in the NAVY RECRUITING DISTRICT of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT SAN FRAN.
Duties
You will monitors status and progress of work and makes day-to-day adjustments in accordance with established priorities.
You will instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and makes available written instructions, reference materials and supplies.
You will check work progress or spot check work not requiring reviews, and reviews completed work to ensure the supervisor's instruction on work sequences, procedures, methods and deadlines have been met.
You will researches and references applicable guidelines and precedent actions to resolve the various problems and situations that arise in the performance of assigned duties.
You will monitors the daily processing of scheduled and walk-in applicants.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-6 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying personnel policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain personnel records; 2) Researching information in records and databases to respond to inquiries regarding human resources issues; 3) Using automated systems to create and maintain records; and 4) Providing direct customer service to customers in a team-focused environment.
