The Office of Strategic Engagement is seeking a Program Specialist to support the alignment of strategic planning execution and control. As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for aiding the development and implementation of strategic options to achieve the mission, vision, and strategic goals of the Center and Agency. You will work to creates synergies across organizations and ensure individual mission unit and support unit strategies are linked to each other and the Center strategy.

Duties

Duties described below are at the highest grade advertised. Duties assigned at lower grade levels will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity; duties will be commensurate with the grade of selected employee. Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, manage initiatives from ideation to implementation Ensure alignment of strategy with organizational goals. measure the success of strategic initiatives and make recommendations to forecast and track key performance indicators Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives; create and present executive-level reports and presentations Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners Analyze satisfaction survey results and make recommendations to improve stakeholder experience; create customer segmentation strategies; analyze feedback to improve products and services; conduct feasibility studies for potential business ventures Facilitate workshops and strategic planning sessions; develop and administer surveys to collect data for analysis; identify key performance drivers within the organization; develop and implement effective strategic engagement plans Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Requirements

• You must meet qualifications, time in grade, and 90 days after competitive appointment requirements by the closing date of the announcement.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level. Participating in the development of scenario analyses to evaluate potential outcomes of strategic decisions; Preparing and presenting reports or presentations to leadership; Supporting and implementing strategic engagement strategies and initiatives focused on current and future workforce. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level Collaborating with senior managers to conduct scenario analyses and evaluate potential outcomes of strategic decisions; Recommending changes to business models based on market trends and stakeholder/customer needs; Developing, implementing, and maintaining strategic engagement strategies, initiatives, and/or plans focused on current and future workforce Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience.
