As the Center Service Integration Lead with the Glenn Research Center Chief Information Officer (CIO) Office you will be responsible for the integration of center CIO functions and activities related to performing and enabling the mission including development of policies, procedures, communications, procurements, and other requirements related to local center activities. You will work collaboratively to ensure successful integration of services and the most efficient/effective implementation.
Duties
Coordinate the development, implementation, and analysis of activities within the center Chief Information Officer (CIO) office specifically focusing on resources, scheduling, and risk management related to center provided services.
Manage complex issues that involve planning, communicating to multiple stakeholders, implementing, and evaluating overall goals, approaches, budget, and procurement activities.
Maintain a schedule of activities and milestones across the Center Chief Information Officer (CIO) Office portfolio, continually reviewing and analyzing progress in achieving the stated objectives and milestones.
Represent the center Chief Information Officer (CIO) in administrative and programmatic duties as needed. Includes leading various initiatives and teams, providing guidance and attending meetings on behalf of the Center CIO when necessary.
Serve as the lead related to center integration activities involving center contracts, center Chief Information Officer Office OCIO functions, other center organizations as well as the enterprise OCIO service lines and headquarters.
May lead and/or serve on teams as the subject matter specialist/representative or expert as appropriate.
Provide status regarding activities related to contract performance and projects relative to Center integrated services.
Identify cross-functional technology inefficiencies and gaps. Lead efforts to improve and refine these areas of opportunity.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
providing the development, implementation, and analysis of activities specifically focusing on resources, scheduling, and risk management;
ensuring solutions to complex procurement issues involving planning, communication to multiple stakeholders, and budgeting are successfully implemented; and
monitoring contracts and contractors supporting administrative or management subject matter work.
