Duties
You will manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk efforts for My Navy Support Systems (MNSS) systems and
associated Enterprise Services.
You will develop comprehensive program plans and strategies, monitor and control execution for multiple MNSS programs/projects to ensure the fulfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
You will develop input to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) to support the accomplishment of customer,
resource sponsor, and organizational goals and objectives.
You will Use industry best practices and IT solutions to deliver streamlined business processes, and establish and manage an Agile based Development Operations (DevOps) pipeline.
You will modernize technology leveraging secure cloud services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS), and integrate technology with mandated Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) level systems and services.
You will Identify program risks, issues, and opportunities to improve enterprise-level systems to lead the advancement of business process efficiencies, insertion of emerging technologies, and improvement of cyber posture.
Requirements

- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- Generally, current Federal employees applying to APS jobs must serve at least one year at the next lower grade level. All qualifications and pay band requirements must be met by the closing date of this announcement and documented in your resume.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Administrative and management experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience May include: Leading and managing the development, acquisition, and fielding of My Navy Support Systems (MNSS) or equivalent systems.
