This position is located in Office of Field Operations, Field Operations Directorate, Southeast Regional Office.
As an Supervisory Program Manager, you will as a direct report to the Regional Director, supervising and directing an analysis staff, who are responsible for research, analysis, and developing recommendations in all areas of Operations and Operations Support for a Region.
Duties
Directs the data analytics team that performs professional, technical, and administrative work in critical program segments.
Coordinates with Regional leadership, other FOD Regional offices, FOD leadership, supervisors, and peers to establish objectives, goals, priorities, and deadlines for data analysis projects.
Identifies significant customer service issues and priorities, design analyses, evaluates alternatives, and develops new or alternative strategies.
Responsible for designing, developing, and directing programs and projects which require in-depth analysis, problem solving, conceptualizing, planning, and management of crosscutting disciplines to support the strategic direction of the Region.
Develops and implements quality controls and Regional standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations and regulatory requirements.
Develops new models for service delivery to meet the challenges of significant growth.
Organizes and drives completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications
The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 12/22/2023.
Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 12/22/2023.
GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties:
Serving as manager for a professional team working on analytics matters pertaining to the program.
Developing all required program documentation and briefings, in order to ensure all program requirements and milestones are coordinated with program leadership.
Directing the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure that all recommendations are fully integrated with the overall program team effort.
Applying the tools and techniques of data analytics and operations research in addressing program problems and issues.
