About the Position: This position is located at Fielded Force Integration Directorate, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, Missouri. Bordering the installation to the North are the towns of Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2 hour drive to the East along I-44 and Springfield is an hour's drive West of Fort Leonard Wood.

Duties

Provide subject matter expertise and unit collective and individual training products development for the Protection Brigade, Maneuver Enhancement Brigade and other SRC 37 organizations. Analyze, design, develop and produce Unit Task Lists for all Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, Protection Brigade, and SRC 37 units. Conduct collective task analysis and produces Protection collective training products. Apply knowledge of long-range Maneuver Support Center of Excellence goals and program priorities to develop unit training. Review and update training products to align with updated DOTMLPF requirements identified with the Capability Development process. Plans, conducts, and leads the analysis phase of the ADDIE process.

• Temporary Duty travel (TDY) may be required approximately 15% of the duty time.

OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a major study in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12.
