You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Afloat C5I Branch (AC5IB) of the Maritime Expeditionary Warfare Division (MExW), Capabilities Development Directorate (CDD), Combat Development and Integration (CD&I), Headquarters U.S. Marine Corps (HQMC).
Duties
You will has responsibility for independently planning, designing, and carrying out programs, projects, tasks, and missions vital to the goals and objectives of the Division.
You will a high degree of resourcefulness combined with the requisite Afloat command and control expertise to analyze and synthesize relevant information.
You will participate in, or lead integrated product teams and/or operational planning teams to meet restrictive time schedules.
You will provide comprehensive counsel to the MExW Director, and/or CDD senior leadership.
You will ensure analytical efforts support attainment of scheduled capability development objectives and milestones, and facilitate resolution of potential obstacles.
You will be responsible for integrating C2/Cyber capabilities and enabling systems across multiple efforts, functions and programs.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing, integrating, and articulating Marine Corps aviation warfare capabilities AND anticipating strategic challenges, providing oversight and determining and recommending courses of action to be taken with regard to materiel and non-materiel capabilities development.
