You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Command, Command Administrative Services of NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as management advisor to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter: financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas.
You will serve as primary purchase card holder managing day-to-day operations of the purchase card program.
You will ensure program schedules are met within workforce and fiscal resources.
You will prepare and submit various civilian personnel actions and interact daily with Senior Leadership on all administrative taskings.
You will exercise significant judgment and experience to establish priorities.
You will serve as subject matter expert regarding purchasing equipment, maintenance, supplies and services.
You will brief senior leadership and make recommendations on administrative civilian personnel matters.
You will work in several SharePoint workflow tools and dashboards to accomplish daily functions.
You will analyze requirements to develop program reporting including specifications, data gathering, analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology as it relates to administrative personnel.
You will plan and execute administrative functions and perform a variety of internal and external administrative management services.
You will be responsible for appropriated budgets by monitoring funding levels and certifying availability of funds when inputting requested obligations.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band (NH-02) or grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: "leading studies to recommend corrective action for improved program efficiency and effectiveness."
