You will serve as a ACADEMIC AND COMPLIANCE BRANCH HEAD in the MARINE CORPS JROTC of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will supervise the execution of Curriculum and Inspector General compliance for MCJROTC unites located across the nation and oversees.
You will attend planning events with key Federal, state, and local government officials and other JROTC representatives.
You will consult with departments of education and superintendents on programs policies, credit standard, and instructor certification issues.
You will provide advice on policy formulation, action plans for the Program of Instruction, curriculum updates, and methods of strategic implementation of budgeted tasks.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector Planning, organizing, and directing the activities of assigned program areas, ensuring that policies and guidelines requirements are met. Coordinates, plans, and schedules with other organization managers and customers as appropriate. Develops, collects, analyzes and disseminates data on educational, budgeting, and other programs through continuous evaluations.
