This position is in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Integrated Risk Management Division (IRMD). The incumbent serves as the Program Analyst responsible for performing and managing special projects, programs, planning and disseminating the on-going financial operations of the AOC, and for performing a wide variety of in-depth, complex studies related to Congressional appropriations.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Candidates for the GS-14 grade level must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.Specialized experience for this position includes:
Knowledge of data analytics in the application of a wide range of methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex programs, management processes and systems.Skill in a wide range of methods for the assessment and improvement of complex financial programs, processes and systems.Skill in applying qualitative and quantitative methods to program management and project planning, including strategic program planning and evaluation.
Effectively and persuasively convey information about highly technical and complex AOC programs, projects, activities and functions orally and in written presentations.
