You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SECURITY ASSISTANT (O/A) in the Assistant Chief of Staff, Security and Emergency Services of MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON.
Duties
You will serve as the supervisor of the Visitor Center or ID Card and Vehicle Registration section.
You will make detailed regulatory and procedural review of special action cases involving a wide variety of facts.
You will prepare workload and production reports.
You will review, research, and formulate directives governing the operations of the Visitor Center or ID Card and Vehicle Registration section.
You will function as a technical specialist responsible for verifying information over the phone.
You will conduct unscheduled inventories to ensure accountability.
Requirements

- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-06) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying a wide variety of rules, regulations, and procedures related to security administration to perform procedural and substantive clerical duties in support of established personnel security programs, and reviewing documents of official nature to issue identification cards or vehicle registration passes.
