This position is located at the Fort Moore - FMWR - Java which is in the Business Recreation Division. Duties

Assist the Business Manager (Food Service) in directing the operations and supervision of multiple food service facilities. Recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotion activities, and revenue improvements. Assist Business Manager in the selection of employees and in training new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of storage of tools and equipment. Supervises assigned staff. Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

  • Position, duty hours, location and/or activity are subject to change based on mission requirements.
  • Work hours may involve weekend, weekdays, holidays and night duty.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
  • The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification.
  • Acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required (i.e., ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program).

Qualifications
