About the Position: This position is the the United States Army Reserve Command, G-6, Business and Plans located at Fort Liberty, North Carolina.

Duties

Analyze plans and policies, missions and functions for the Chief Information Office, Information Systems Services. Participate in special studies associated with the development of the Chief Information Office. Assist Chief Information Office staff in implementing the Clinger-Cohen Act and Secretary of the Army initiatives. Monitor the execution of the Internal Operating budget of the Reorganization Office. Prepare all budget related submissions or reports.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes advising on changes to organizational structures, organizational charts, and mission and function statements to implement reorganizations or changes in program administration; performing a range of analytical studies related to field program operations in the areas of management, functional organization, MISSION, structure, or manpower utilization; interpretation of administrative records and reports; correlation of information to collaborate facts; and, coordination with management representatives. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
