You will serve as the Human Resources (HR) Program Support Specialist for OCHR SILVERDALE OPERATIONS CENTER.
If you are an employee of UIC 69207 and currently on an approved remote work agreement, you will remain on that current remote agreement if selected.
Duties
You will be responsible for leading and participating in studies and special projects.
You will respond to difficult issues involving complex projects and problems that require expert attention.
You will provide guidance and assistance to senior leaders.
You will develop plans for and perform HR program development and evaluation for integrated programs of OCHR Silverdale.
You will plan, conduct and complete studies and projects, providing advice and services throughout the area of responsibilities.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting analyses of HR servicing and work processes in order to develop guidance, procedures or standards or provide advice to senior leaders on areas of improvement. This experience would typically include duties such as evaluating data from HR automated systems to support recommendations or decisions; analyzing business processes to assess the effectiveness of HR services or products; or conducting management focus groups, reviews and research projects.
