You will serve as a Purchase Card Program Specialist in the Purchase Card Program Manager, Code 500, Supply and Logistics of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will perform scheduled program surveillances, no less than quarterly, on the Shipyard's AO and CH accounts.
You will examine transactions to ensure compliance to special permissions requirements.
You will analyze procedures to identify weaknesses in internal control and develops command policy to establish quality control.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting in managing micro purchasing activities of a high volume of Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders and approving officials; assisting in establishing policies that will ensure both strategic goals of the program and the corporate needs of the command and providing technical procurement guidance, operational compliance training, warranting, account management and reconciliation support.
