Duties
Execute operations of administration and management functions for the Southern Markets Contracting Division to include workflow management, correspondence management, records management, publications management, and policy management.
Identify and determine nature of task, criticality, action, background, suspense, location, technical involvement, content, format and levels of coordination required.
Complete all administrative workflow management support for the Southern Markets Contracting Division.
Serve as the liaison officer for divisions located within the DAD-A and S.
Manage the complex and intricate day-to-day activities of the Division.
Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all DHA Directorate principals, deputies, executive support staff in executing daily operations across the Directorate and DHA.
Requirements
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
- Two-year trial/probationary period may be required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience assisting with contracting programs, in areas such as task management, data analytics and workflow management; and experience assisting with the acquisition and management of resources such as personnel and equipment; and adherence to policy and procedures designed to ensure efficiency of agency programs; and participating in work teams designed to accomplish contracting division goals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required specialized experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the specialized experience qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
