About the Position: This position is located in San Antonio, TX. This position is not remote. Student Loan repayment may be authorized. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.

Duties

Execute operations of administration and management functions for the Southern Markets Contracting Division to include workflow management, correspondence management, records management, publications management, and policy management. Identify and determine nature of task, criticality, action, background, suspense, location, technical involvement, content, format and levels of coordination required. Complete all administrative workflow management support for the Southern Markets Contracting Division. Serve as the liaison officer for divisions located within the DAD-A and S. Manage the complex and intricate day-to-day activities of the Division. Establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with all DHA Directorate principals, deputies, executive support staff in executing daily operations across the Directorate and DHA.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• Two-year trial/probationary period may be required.
