This position is in the Office of the Administrator, Office of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (OGGRF). Qualifications

We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below: To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as overseeing and coordinating solar energy programs; and overseeing the goals and objectives of an office or organization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.  Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Ability to manage, monitor, and evaluate renewable energy projects; 2) Ability to assess statutory, regulatory, or policy frameworks associated with renewable energy projects; 3) Skill in assessing technical, policy, or economic feasibility of renewable energy projects; 4) Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team; 5) Skill in resource management; 6) Skill in conflict management; 7) Skill in program development and management; 8) Ability to build and support a diverse workforce in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Plan. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
