Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as overseeing and coordinating community development finance or clean energy finance programs; and overseeing the goals and objectives of an office or organization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Ability to manage, monitor, and evaluate community development financing methods and approaches; 2) Skill in reporting and evaluating technical data for financing or loan transactions; 3) Skill in assessing technical, policy, or economic feasibility of project finance; 4) Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team; 5) Skill in resource management; 6) Skill in conflict management; 7) Skill in program development and management; 8) Ability to build and support a diverse workforce in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Affirmative Action Plan.
