Duties
As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST (ACQ/COR) at the GS-0343-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Serving as Branch Chief under the broad administrative direction of the Acquisition Support Division Chief.
Planning, analyzing, and advising management on program acquisition requirements, annual/multi-year and long-range fiscal/program acquisition planning for key program initiatives.
Determining contract fiscal and manpower accountability, internal controls, and interrelationships within the program office.
Perform pre and post contract award duties that include but are not limited to performing COR duties, which include monitoring, reviewing and determining whether the contractor's performance complies with the terms and conditions of the contract.
Prepares and maintains administrative reports on contractor performance and submits monthly reports to the Contracting Officer.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:
Conducting studies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of an acquisition program and providing solutions to manage that program;
Monitoring and analyzing trends for current and projected contract expenditures;
Reviewing, monitoring and evaluating contractor performance and invoices; and developing contract reporting changes to align with current laws, policies and procedures.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
