You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Manpower Plans & Policy Division of HQ US MARINE CORPS.
Duties
You will plan and coordinate the development of curricula for Military Equal Opportunity personnel and Professional Military Education schoolhouses.
You will review course development Enabling Learning Objectives, Terminal Learning objectives, Course Administrative Documents, Programs of Instruction and other courseware development products.
You will perform quality assurance of curriculum through review and evaluation of curricula materials.
You will identify areas that require revision.
You will maintain continuing surveillance over the assigned specialty areas and serve as an advisor in curriculum development specialties.
You will serve as the primary consultant and troubleshooter for the MEO Program Manager.
You will arrange for surveys to appraise curriculum operations and programs and utilize analyses to plan new or improved programs.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and coordinating the development of curricula for Military Equal Opportunity personnel and Professional Military Education.
