You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the AC/S G7 PERF AND EXT AFFAIRS of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.

Duties

You will apply process analysis to investigate inter and intra organizational operations to identify improvements. You will work on improvement projects that deal with different and unrelated subject matter, and usually are at differing states of completion. You will lead in the planning and execution of Value Stream Analysis. You will gather, analyze, and provide CPI metrics to AC/S and Deputy AC/S of G7 and other project charter stakeholders. You will lead process improvement efforts during High Performance Organization projects. You will be responsible for developing and reporting metrics which will provide gap analysis platform that supports MCINCR-MCBQ, MCICOM and tenants as we move from current state value streams to future state value streams. You will identify process roadblocks to successful completion of objectives in the strategic plan. You will support Cost Analysis studies by identifying how much of total operation costs are result of processes.

• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
• Must be certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.

Qualifications

GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating quantitative or qualitative analysis data; Using Lean Six Sigma tools and methods; Ability to train Green and Yellow Belt training. GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing in a developmental capacity to analyze an organization, use Lean Six Sigma tools and methods, and the ability to instruct training.
