You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.

Duties

You will lead the overall analysis, planning, programming, formulation, justification, execution, control, administration of all phases of the command financial business plan. You will provide management support to the respective command. You will exercise responsibility for formulation, development, preparation, presentation, execution, management and administration of related policies, procedures, goals, objectives, and operations You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work; assigns work to subordinates

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:I have one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a comprehensive knowledge of financial and management principles, organizational theory and techniques of analysis and evaluation to conduct staffing requirements. I have experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of an organizations administrative programs to make recommendations to improve existing metrics and facilitate resource management improvements. I have experience utilizing team building/leadership skills to provide advice, coordination and communication between various organization units to ensure workforce management, financial accountability and supply program effectiveness. Examples of specialized experience may include:1)Experience with operational organizational management, workforce and financial strategic/operational planning, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP);2) Have a mastery knowledge of understanding of the nature of organizational development and structure, manpower justification, fiscal programming, and budget cycle;3) Having the ability to provide input to leadership development and assessments and 4) Perform work involving employee evaluations, assigning workload, setting short and long term goals and overall scheduling completion of work Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
