This position is located at US Mint,MINT-CAO/HCD/Human Resources Denver. As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Development), you will be serve as the Mints Employee Development Specialist with program responsibility for employee and organizational development and coordinating training programs/activities.

Duties

As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Development), you will: Coordinate onsite facilitator activities and support Mint-wide employee development initiatives Plan, design, administer, and evaluate training and development program activities to meet both long- and short-range organizational objectives Design and maintain appropriate systems to inventory existing individual competencies, collect and compile training needs data, and to analyze current and projected organizational requirements Develop, plan, and administer a program for developing and enhancing employee competencies to meet organizational and individual needs and evaluate how well these needs are met Design, implement, and evaluate training courses and programs, determine instructional objectives, select appropriate instructional methodology, and conduct and/or administer training

Qualifications

You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: For the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: - Experience planning, developing, disseminating, executing, and evaluating training courses or programs in order to promote career and employee development; and - Experience planning and implementing training programs. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-12 you must have been at the GS-11level for 52 weeks.
