About the Position: This position is with the Department of the Army Installation Services Directorate Soldier & Family Readiness Division MWR & OPS, located in Arlington, VA.

Duties

Monitor the Soldier and Family Readiness Portfolio across the Installation Enterprise. Provide authoritative advice on the development, review and justification of requirements that establish resourcing of Soldier and Family Programs. Develop policy, implementation plans, orders and regulatory procedures. Partner with internal and external organizations to secure expert capabilities in support of research, studies, and program evaluation. Implement management policies or operating practices by assuring timely support and integration of new or changing Family and Morale Welfare Recreation policies and practices.
