You will serve as a NAVAL INTEGRATION SPECIALIST in the G-9 Division of MARINE FORCES PACIFIC.
Duties
You will serve as the Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC) advisor on naval integration efforts for USMC operations throughout the Pacific.
You will advise MARFORPAC on appropriate use of forward positioned afloat and ashore prepositioning capabilities.
You will chair an analysis cell of component action officers to evaluate and track integration efforts.
You will represent MARFORPAC at Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), and Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) level planning events to best plan for, analyze, and assess naval force integration efforts.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: an understanding of NAVAL Strategy in the Pacific preprositioning strategies, plans, concepts, and tasks of Maritime Prepostioning Forces ships and preparing papers, reports, and correspondence with both military and civilian for senior leaders in various venues.
