Serves as a Cyber Workforce Development Planner GG-14 level. in this position you will utilize expert knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies to carry out the organization's core business/mission processes. Also, you will establish and builds a cyber workforce employee's pipeline for the future through rapid implementation of best practices. This position is located in the Pentagon, Arlington VA in the DNI/DDNI OPNAV SUPPORT STAFF.
Duties
Utilize National and DoD Cybersecurity Workforce Framework concepts when drafting, staffing and publishing cyber-security policies to meet organizational goals and priorities across the Navy Cyber Workforce.
Provide input and or responses to the development of cyber-security related policies, and tasks from higher echelon within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.
Coordinate with organizational manpower stakeholders to ensure appropriate allocation and distribution of human capital assets.
Requirements

- You must obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance and access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of an offer or removal. Indicate the level and date of your clearance in your resume.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position may require a 2-Year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- This position requires a periodic polygraph examination.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following such as:
1.) Develop recommendations for individual and organizational capabilities to provide guidance on cyber-workforce organization structure, resources, and planning;
2.) Align cyber workforce missions to enable the organization to identify, acquire, grow, and sustain a capable cyber workforce;
3.) Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure existing qualification standards reflect organizational requirements and meet industry standards.
