DNFSB is recruiting a talented HR Deputy Director with demonstrated experience to co-lead full-service HR operations and Human Capital Planning.  Ideal candidates possess comprehensive HR knowledge and demonstrate leadership overseeing shared service and direct HR staff support for a comprehensive HR portfolio that includes Senior Executive Service, excepted service, and competitive service personnel.

Qualifications

FOR THE GS-15: To qualify you must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-14 level in the Federal service that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skill, and ability to perform successfully in this position. This experience may have been gained in a non-Federal-service position. In addition, this Specialized Experience must demonstrate expertise in at least three of the five following areas: Leading Human Capital Planning and Workforce Analysis and Succession Planning Leading Executive Service Program Operations Leading Employee Relations Leading Employee Development and Training Programs and Services Leading Recruitment Services and HR Operations Policy and Program Evaluation Time-in-Grade Requirements: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-14 is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-15 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade.
