This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Finance.
This position is not remote but is designated as telework-eligible. If you are selected, you may be eligible to request telework according to the agency's telework policy.

Duties
You will perform the following duties:
Review purchase card cost data and purchase card log data to reconcile any discrepancies and post costs to appropriate cost centers.
Review obligating documents received from a variety of sources and post obligations via Oracle Federal Financial (OFF).
Generate recurring reports, such as those related to Open Obligations, Accrued Expenses, and Prepaid Expenses, through the Commission's accounting system.
Serve as the payroll administrator for the Agency, transmitting time and attendance records for processing.
Requirements

- You must submit transcripts/course listings.
- You will be required to sign a Pathways Program Participate Agreement.
- If you are selected, the entire period served under the Recent Graduates program will be a trial period.
- You are required to register for Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/03/59.
- You are required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement.
Qualifications

Eligibility for employment for the Pathways Recent Graduate Program requires, within the previous two years, (please see special consideration and exceptions to this requirement below), completion of a qualifying associates, bachelors, masters, professional, doctorate, vocational or technical degree or certificate from a qualifying educational institution. Your post-secondary education or curricula must be accredited by an accrediting body recognized by the Secretary of the Department of Education to qualify.
Special Consideration for preference eligible veterans who were precluded from applying due to their military service obligation. You begin your 2-year eligibility period upon release or discharge from active duty. Eligibility period in this case cannot exceed six (6) years from the date on which you completed your education.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
GS-9: To be eligible at the GS-9 level, you must meet at least ONE of the following conditions, as defined below: specialized experience, education, OR a combination of education and experience.
Specialized Experience: You need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-07 level defined as assisting in providing financial administration services; resolving financial discrepancies; and recommending solutions.
Education: Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D.
Combination of Education and Experience: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
