As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-12 some of your typical work assignments may include:
Direct, plan, organize, and manage Command, Control, Communications, Cyber & Collaboration Systems (J6) acquisition and procurement management to meet organization's needs.
Work with organizational leadership to optimize resources, meet mission requirements, improve operational capability, and increase quality of acquisition and procurement management.
Serve as the senior advisor to the JECC J6 Director on administrative and financial planning and resource requirements in the area of command and control, information systems and related information technology and telecommunication processing equipment matters for supported JTF organizations.
Participate in the planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and analysis functions pertaining to the J6 directorate.
Responsible for the execution process for JECC J6 Command, Control, Communications, Cyber & Collaboration Systems (C5S) resource requirements for the development, implementation, and operation/maintenance of projects, programs, and initiatives requirements.

- This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position IA W the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, Section 1599d
- This position has been identified as "Key". The duties of this position meets all requirements as a category 4 designation and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization
- This is a Mission-Essential position performing a Mission-Critical-Function which must continue uninterrupted after the occurrence of an emergency and continued through full resumption of all functions

Qualifications
You may qualify at the GS 12 level , if you fulfill the following qualifications:
One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
Serving as a Program Analyst managing the portfolio of functions, processes, and services that provide Information Technology (IT) capabilities to the Command.
Implementing processes and methods to collaborate with functional IT proponents, key customers, and coordinating officials to assess and evaluate command satisfaction, and resolve problems.
Responsible for Cloud governance and project management for cloud migrations and onboarding of cloud capabilities to provide required warfighting capability.
Making written and oral presentations on status of programs, budgets, review and analysis, acquisition, and contractor support activities.,
