You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Command Secretariat Division, Command Administrative Services Directorate (SEA 00A) of NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will provide direction and oversight of NAVSEA Records Management, Directives Management (Instructions/Notices) and Forms Management programs.
You will oversee the maintenance of all NAVSEA Forms which includes the creation, review, and analysis and revision if required.
You will provide guidance and tools to plan, control, direct, organize, train, and promote records management from cradle to grave (creation, maintenance and use, and disposition of records).
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and disseminating Command level policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to all echelons of NAVSEA headquarters and its support activities.
You will manage long term and short-term departmental schedules, departmental training, departmental budgeting and expenses, and personal awards.
You will serve as the subject matter expert with Navy Correspondence and Navy Directives.
You will conduct training in the area of records management, forms management, directives, and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2)
You will analyze policies, government regulations, and legislation to develop new policies and plans or revise existing policies, plans, or programs.
You will analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's policies and practices.
You will establish work assignments, set priorities, and prepare schedules for work completion.
You will ensure timely performance of satisfactory work efforts.
You will evaluate employee performance and recommend appropriate incentives.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-03 (GS-13 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing a records, forms, or directives management program to ensure the review, maintenance, revision, or disposition of records, forms, correspondences, or directives for an organization.
