About the Position: Serve as the Distribution and Allowances (TDA) Division Senior Management Analyst responsible for review, analysis, revision and approval of a portfolio of manpower and equipment requirements and authorizations documents for the several organizations. Provide a wide range of leadership, technical and program management expertise to accomplish the major task of force documentation within the larger framework of force management.
Duties
Provide policies and establishes work practices that ensure standardization, integration, synchronization, and quality assurance of essential force documentation products.
Establish and maintain required coordination, representation, resolve technical issues with force documentation and interface with other proponents.
Analyze management information requirements and provide recommendations.
Assign work and provide advice, guidance, instruction and direction to work unit within the Force Documentation performance management functional areas and with the documenters responsible for data input, document production and accurate output.
Ensure thru proactive database evaluations and compliance checks on policies, processes and procedures that all force documentation is properly developed and supported through approval process.
Identify instructive and corrective developmental and training needs and make provisions to meet these needs to assure data content input is of the highest accuracy and quality.

Management Analyst:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: evaluating of the force management databases, apply analytics and improve the accuracy and compliance of force documentation; applying quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques to develop manpower, personnel and equipment documentation for complex program functions and mission; develop policy, plans, programs, and execute processes in the accomplishment of force documentation and management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
