You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the Special Assistants Branch (PERS-4015), Enlisted Distribution Division (PERS-40) of NMPC.
Duties
You will review incentive pay programs for effectiveness and efficiency.
You will research, analyze, or evaluate performance improvement practices throughout a command.
You will brief evaluation findings to managers.
You will define accession policy and operation requirements to develop plans.
You will execute incentive pay programs in compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conduct technical presentations/briefs to division personnel and senior leaders; 2) Evaluate performance of subordinates; 3) Schedule work to meet workload requirements; 4) Analyze work requirements and determine resource needs.
