You will serve as a Supervisory Management Analyst in the Training resource & Force Developement of CDR NAVY EXPEDITIONARY COMBAT COMMAND.
Duties
You will recommend changes to manpower and personnel policies, resource allocations, and business practices to optimize the efficiency of an organization, and in support of Ready Relevant Learning (RRL).
You will plan, prepare, and manage tasks and responsibilities for productivity and efficiency of management processes.
You will evaluate manpower needs (e.g., current or future) to develop succession plans.
You will identify developmental and training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development and training.
You will devise management evaluation methods to gauge compliance with regulations, procedures, or management practices.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience conducting studies to determine efficiency, effectiveness or productivity of manpower program. Experience advising personnel on manpower requirements determination, military and civilian end strength allocation, and manpower authorization management. Experience developing solutions to manpower program issues. Experience allocating financial, personnel, material and information resources to execute manpower programs.
