You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CAREER RESOURCE MANAGER in the MARINE CORPS COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT of MCAS BEAUFORT SC.
Duties
You will perform quality assurance of all programs and client services of Installation Transition Readiness (TR) programs.
You will interview transitioning Marines for assessment of their individual transition plans and general transition knowledge, skills, and abilities, and advise them on areas of consideration.
You will analyze the labor market trends in the local area and intended destinations for career recommendations to clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining program records and statistical data.
You will plan and assign projects and reviews them upon completion; develops position descriptions.
You will recommend awards for bonuses for nonsupervisory personnel and changes in position classification, subject to approval by higher-level officials.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing all phases of an installation's Transition Readiness (TR) programs and services AND performing quality assurance of all programs and client services of Installation TR programs.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
