Duties

Performs organizational and/or manpower utilization studies on a wide variety of positions which cover extensively interrelated functions throughout a complex multi-mission activity to identify and develop improvements and efficiency of manpower and methods. Develops statistical and narrative data to justify work unit reorganization or position restricting as a more productive or efficient use of personnel resources. Plans, develops, and conducts internal review studies of interrelated functions of substantial technical complexity within a complex multi-mission activity. Analyzes and reviews documents, forms, records and all related Construction Administration records to formulate reports to the Chief, Project Administrative Support Section, Design and Construction Branch, on all construction projects.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you must meet the following qualification requirements. Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this position. Experience:  You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. To be creditable, this experience must have equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position and must typically be in or related to the position to be filled. Some examples of this qualifying experience are: Experience developing statistical and narrative data to justify position restructuring as a more productive or efficient use of personnel resources. Knowledge and ability to apply a wide range of principles, theories and processes of management. Knowledge and thorough understanding of operating problems involved in working within an institution. Experience in evaluating programs, software, hardware and systems to meet the needs of automated systems. If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience. To receive proper credit, you must show the actual time (such as the number of hours worked per week) spent in activities.  **Your eligibility for consideration will be based on your responses to the questions in the application.**
