Duties

Serves as an inventory control clerk. Conducts physical inventories, records counts, and reports on variances as required when inventories and adjustments are not within prescribed limits when compared to receiving reports and alcohol sales and usage. Maintains counts as required for an accurate accounting and reporting system and performs standardized property management control processes. Operates automated equipment to perform records search, data input, and data corrections. Takes corrective action to bring reports and listings into balance. Verifies corrected reports and recommends changes in procedures to prevent a recurrence of the problem. Operates electronic weighing system involving scanning, data collection, and data transfer. Safeguards stock to prevent loss.
