You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Digital Business Directorate (Code 15) of NCIS.
All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.

Duties
You will lead in management/program analysis efforts which inform resource taskers by serving as the senior resource technical expert.
You will serve as supervisor of all Code 15 resource and procurement government staff.
You will perform program management tasks, conduct cost analysis, provide analysis of alternatives, and provide communication of the information for leadership decision making.
You will manage the Digital Business Directorate's capital and operating budgets.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Defining and analyzing management problems and opportunities, specifying options for improvement, and making recommendations and helping implement solutions; Applying a range of management analysis qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of an organization; Analyzing and evaluating fiscal matters including changes in program plans or daily operations and funding, and budget needs of an IT-focused organization; and Planning, assigning, reviewing, and managing work and supervising employees.
