This position serves as a Lead Financial Analyst and provides leadership and guidance for a professional staff in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), General Services Administration (GSA).
Location of position: This is NOT a VIRTUAL position. Duty location is the Washington DC locality pay area. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $132368.00 per year. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience providing guidance and advice on the development and/or interpretation of financial management and budgetary policies and/or procedures; conducting analyses (e.g., related to technical questions/issues, formulation, execution, operating plans, project reports, etc.) of financial and budgetary databases; researches and resolves discrepancies in budgetary and financial information; and reviewing and approving financial and budgetary data and analyses in management reports. This experience must include work with one of the following areas: Rental of Space funds, Outlease, or Revenue and Funds from Operations.
