You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the SURFACE COMBATANT RADAR DIVISION, SENSORS WEAPONS AND LAUNCHERS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, PORT HUENEME DIVISION.
Duties
You will serve as the Management Support (MS) Team Lead for the Combat Systems Support Equipment (CSSE) Engineering Branch
You will execute In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) efforts for Electronic Cooling Water Systems (ECWS), 400 Hz Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and the Engineering Development Lab (EDL) applicable to the logistics life cycle requirements.
You will coordinate CSSE Technical Working Groups, technical support services/requirements and options for Aegis Weapon Systems (AWS), Combat Systems (CS), CSSE, and other programs throughout the ships life cycle.
You will apply configuration management, logistics, and funding allocation practices, procedures, and processes to accomplish tasking and services.
You will develop White Papers, Ship Change Documents (SCDs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP).
You will analyze and develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Task Planning Sheet (TPS) documentation to identify tasking requirements, contractual documents and other technical documentation required for CSSE tasking and services.
You will provide Senior Level Management support information relating to CSSE Projects, Tasking, Plan of Action and Milestone schedules, Alteration Fielding Plans/Procurement actions/Installations applicable to AWS, CSSE, and other interfaces.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing logistics requirements to develop plans and coordinate projects in support of ship combat systems and equipment.
