You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Administration division of HDQTRS NDW.

Duties

You will be responsible for the financial management and execution of the labor and non-labor resources for a variety of programs. You will develop, review, and implement the Region's administrative polices and guidance. You will serve as a Contract Officer Representative. You will direct, coordinate, and oversee work of subordinate employees and make decisions on work problems.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Writing, reviewing and editing complex policy, guidance and correspondence; 2) Developing, recommending, and implementing budgetary policies and executing a budget; 3) Performing the full range of supervisory responsibilities including hiring, assessing, training and disciplining federal employees; 4) Inputting data and revising various programs, such as, Regional Security program and Casualty Assistance/Funeral Honors. 5) Applying federal contracting rules and regulations.
