You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Training Directorate (N7) of CENTER FOR SERVICE SUPPORT.
Duties
You will maintain curriculum currency and perform curriculum development functions.
You will review course testing programs to ensure that test design documents have been completed and that measurement instruments effectively measure the attainment of the objectives.
You will establish training requirements and determine the training needs for personnel.
You will evaluate courses within designated area of responsibility for applicability, adequacy, technical accuracy and
accomplishment of training objectives.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop or plans policies for measuring achievement of instructional objectives for a variety of educational measurement methods; 2) Revise instructional materials that result in complete and full-length training products for specialty areas of instructional principles and methods; 3) Monitor information that has bearing on curriculum effectiveness and notify appropriate contacts of status; and 4) Provide updates, reports and data mining of training databases [Catalog of Navy Training Courses (CANTRAC) and Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS)] for training administration.
