You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the NAVY LEADERSHIP ETHICS CTR.
Duties
You will ensure students understand and are introduced to topics that cover leadership, ethics, critical thinking, and self-awareness taught by the schoolhouse to execute leadership development.
You will perform administrative and management work to develop and sustain leadership and ethics course work.
You will develop and modify course work and full-length training programs for a wide range of occupations and grade levels.
You will evaluate courses and curriculum in current training programs.
You will prepare lesson plans, course outlines, narratives, supplemental study guides, instructor manuals, case studies, graphical, briefing slides, and practical exercises.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Teaching academic material related to leadership, ethics, character development, and personality to groups of senior naval officers; 2) Utilizing the curriculum design process to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate; 3) Presenting coaching sessions with senior officers; and 4) Developing training using internet-based platforms consistent with e-learning theories and processes.
