You will serve as a SUPV TRAINING INSTRUCTOR (SIMULATIONS) in the Trainers and Simulation Directorate of SURFACE WARFARE OFFICERS SCHOOL.
Duties
You will oversee a training budget to verify all training and operations program requirements are met.
You will analyze individual and group training and development needs to monitor the effectiveness of programs.
You will instruct personnel in multiple virtual and constructive simulations.
You will develop employee performance standards to assess quality and level of work accomplishment.
You will be assigned as the Director of the Trainers and Simulation Directorate
Requirements

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, your resume must provide sufficient experience and/or education, knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are being considered. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring completion of training in accordance with prescribed material and standards; 2) Overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance on all installed training systems; 3) Identifying future training, resource, and budget requirements; 4) Instructing faculty in operation of simulator assets and execution; 5) Developing training scenarios in the area of warfare simulation, utilizing operational experience and knowledge to portray force strategies, tactics, and employment.
