You will serve as a IT Specialist (Enterprise Architecture Analyst) in the Digital Department (V55)-Enterprise Architecture and Data Division (V553000) of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
You will support the long-range operational requirements for digital support.
You will ensure that NAVAIR-level policy and process guidelines for critical program areas are consistent with defined guidance.
You will advise and work with other Digital/IT leads and NAVAIR customers to define top-level long-range objectives and plans.
You will provide expert technical support for the technical support, enterprise architecture design, engineering, development and implementation process.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. 2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 3. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. . Examples of specialized experience: Defining and prioritizing NAVAIR's long-range operational requirements for digital support; Collaborating on alternating approaches to design, test and evaluate techniques for solving digital problems; Performing formal and informal program reviews for application digital applications development projects; Providing expert technical support for the IT applications design, Enterprise Architecture design, engineering, development and implementation process; Understanding of IT policy and planning concepts, methods and practices; Understanding of the broad and functionally diverse field of IT systems analysis, design, applications development, implementation, and support.
Defining and prioritizing NAVAIR's long-range operational requirements for digital support; Collaborating on alternating approaches to design, test and evaluate techniques for solving digital problems; Performing formal and informal program reviews for application digital applications development projects; Providing expert technical support for the IT applications design, Enterprise Architecture design, engineering, development and implementation process; Understanding of IT policy and planning concepts, methods and practices; Understanding of the broad and functionally diverse field of IT systems analysis, design, applications development, implementation, and support.
