About the Position: This position is located at G3 Academics at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Fort Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, bordering Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2-hour drive east and Springfield is a 1-hour drive west of Fort Leonard Wood.

Duties

Review training programs to determine conformance to regulations. Brief higher management on major curriculum change proposals. Apply the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) Model process to the revision of curriculum and program of instruction. Ensure content currency and accuracy for assigned blocks of instruction. Plan and/or develop course materials such as study guides, visual aids, simulations (mock ups and models), written tests, proficiency charts, training aids, and/or course outlines. Ensure lesson plans employ the full range of instructional techniques and tactics.

• The duties of this position requires Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) 10% of the time.

OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree with a major study in education. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12.
